Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the review of new QA software providing advice in IT perspective to resolve issues during the testing process.
  • Work with QA team to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology following TWWGWD (The Way We Get Work Done) practices.
  • Create supporting test data for all test environments and ensure to design and maintain regression test beds and test suites in applicable environments (Systems, Regression, Integration, Release)
  • Analyze defect status and other quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement QA process and testing automation projects to improve the overall testing cycle.
  • Identify testable events and develop the test cases / test scripts.
  • Create API tests in any of the supported tools like POSTMAN, SOAPUI etc.
  • Create Automation test scripts in selenium by any of the supported languages preferred.
  • Maintain the technical requirements documentation, design, dev team product ownership. Expert with Word, Jira, agile dev.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in QA field.
  • Experience with SmartBear Test Complete suite
  • Has knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and configuration of the tests.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Over 5 Years experience in selected area of expertise.
