Senior Specialist, Service Contractor Management Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC)

u>Key Accountabilities/u>

• Develop and oversee maintenance plans, schedules, and work processes to ensure high equipment reliability and minimum downtime.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support smooth execution of maintenance activities.
• Manage and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors engaged under CMD.
• Resolve operational and contractual issues in alignment with company policies and performance expectations.
• Identify operational, safety, and contractual risks related to maintenance and contractor activities.
• Monitor maintenance expenditures and contractor billing to ensure cost effective resource utilization.
• Ensure all maintenance and contractor operations adhere to Maaden standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to align maintenance priorities and contractor performance.
• Foster positive, professional relationships with contractors to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
