Roles & Responsibilities

Lead components of the team s key projects, taking accountability for outcomes.

Manage data analysis, reporting, and preparation of materials for talent reviews and development programs.

Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and event coordination on behalf of the team

Own the implementation of talent management initiatives as needed.

Act as a subject-matter reference on key parts of the talent agenda.

Be a thought partner for senior colleagues and HRBPs

Provide versatile support across all team activities, including assessment, career pathing, succession planning, and skills profiling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant bachelor s degree

Experience in Human Resources (appropriate depth for level)

Experience in handling confidential information

PowerPoint skills to create impactful slides

Advanced analytical and statistical skills, including strong Excel proficiency

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Builds strong internal and external networks; acts as a positive ambassador for the team

Discreet, mature, and trusted to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and respect

Future focused and curious; actively explores the use of technology and AI while managing associated risks

Strong analytical capability; able to reason with data, apply statistical thinking, and draw sound insights
