Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Lead expansion of shopper and vendor management best practices across the region
- Support local and regional teams to improve operational metrics and vendor success
- Track and enhance operational processes such as vendor onboarding, catalog audits, inventory integrations, and picker performance
- Assist local markets with execution of operational initiatives and processes
- Monitor compliance with BAU processes and escalate gaps when required
- Own and maintain reporting, documentation, and SOPs for operational functions
- Develop and track SOPs for BAU processes including device allocation and uniform ordering
- Solve recurring market issues using established procedures or by recommending process improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably within vendor or grocery logistics
- Strong understanding of vendor operations and workforce management
- Ability to document processes, create guidelines, and support implementation
- Skilled at analyzing data to identify key insights and operational trends
- Confident in issue resolution, escalation management, and proposing improvements
- Knowledge of grocery or retail operations is a strong advantage
- High sense of ownership, detail orientation, and eagerness to learn
