- Manage relationships with stakeholders and liaise with relevant authorities and client teams to obtain approvals and NOCs
- Establish and implement communication plans with regulatory bodies and clients, including escalation matrices for timely decision-making
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements across authorities including RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat, Du, SEWA, FEWA, and other UAE agencies
- Develop and manage stakeholder management plans, monitor performance, and ensure successful execution
- Create and maintain NOC trackers to monitor status, identify risks, and drive timely interventions
- Support project teams in securing approvals and resolving authority-related issues
- Monitor progress of drawings and documentation required for NOC submissions
- Coordinate with client representatives, government offices, service authorities, third-party consultants, and contractors on technical queries
- Track utilities NOCs and ensure completion in line with project schedules
- Monitor project timelines to identify delays or deviations related to NOC processes
- Participate in design and coordination meetings and recommend improvements where required
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering NOC status, stakeholder coordination, and project progress
- Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding actions
- Perform additional responsibilities related to stakeholder and approval management as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a construction-related discipline
- Minimum seven years of experience in stakeholder management or NOC coordination within Dubaibr>
- Proven track record of liaising with UAE government authorities and managing approval processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car due to frequent site and authority visits
- Strong organizational, coordination, and supervisory capabilities
