Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Stakeholder Manager will lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure alignment, smooth collaboration, and effective management of expectations across clients, government authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the PMS scope in relation to Stakeholder Management and act as primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, contractors, and community representatives.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans.
  • Identify key stakeholders, assess their interests and influence, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with teams across the Program to ensure consistent messaging and timely reporting.
  • Work in parallel with Client to support the Program execution via Lead Developer entities including other 3rd party Consultants, PMC and Contractor.
  • Lead and manage the PMS scope in relation to facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and briefings.
  • Monitor and report on stakeholder concerns, feedback, and issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
  • Support risk management by identifying potential stakeholder-related risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior stakeholder engagement staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred. 15+ years of experience in stakeholder management, client relationship management, or communications in large-scale infrastructure or land development projects. Proven experience in GCC countries, preferably Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of regulatory and governmental processes in KSA. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in stakeholder management tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
