Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible essentially to liaise with government authorities to follow up any required approvals or permits for the project or projects and will be handling all warning notices, violations and notifications received from various authorities.

  • Participate in the development of stakeholder management in respect to management PWA policies.
  • Participate in the development of Interface and communication plans to be used by the Stakeholder team.
  • Managing stakeholder interface activities.
  • Communication, support, and negotiation plans.
  • Planning and leading activities to secure stakeholders' fulfilment and report regularly on the status of approvals and pending issues.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships at senior level.
  • Coordinating with the wider team and liaising with all authorities and stakeholders throughout the process of obtaining project permits and NOC's.
  • Assisting in technical coordination with the project teams and discipline heads in all matters related to service providers/authorities' requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

BSc, BEng, BA or Equivalent from a recognized university.

  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic are essential for this position.
  • A minimum of 10 years postgraduate work experience.
  • Experience in coordination with design consultant will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with governmental organization is essential.
