Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee all inventory and stock control activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, transferring materials, and managing item coding.

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all stock movements in the system, maintaining real-time inventory balances.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts, reconcile physical stock with system records, and investigate discrepancies or damages.
  • Supervise and support warehouse and stock control staff to ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and performance targets.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, security, and preservation of materials to prevent loss or damage.
  • Prepare inventory reports, ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements, and coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 5 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP/WMS).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
