Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities



  • Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies, utilizing WMS or similar systems.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization, implementing efficient storage solutions and streamlining workflows to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless flow of goods.
  • Analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, controlling expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all warehouse activities, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile



  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Possesses excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle stressful situations.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages like Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.
