Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements
Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in IAM, AD security, PAM, SIEM, log management, audit and compliance.
Solid experience high availability / hybrid cloud designs.
Proven track record in strategic account management, solution consulting, and executive-level engagement.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and outcomes.
Ability to build, train, and lead a high-performing team across the MENA region
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity, IT operations, ITSM and UEMS across enterprise and public sector environments.
Direct hands on experience with ManageEngine solutions or with similar platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira(Atlassian), Zendesk, Splunk, QRadar, Datadog, Solarwinds.
Demostrated 5 years of experience minimum with vendor or local system integrators. Vendors - ServiceNow, Jira(Atlassian), Zendesk, Splunk, QRadar, Datadog, Solarwinds. SIu2019s u2013 Alphadata, MDS, SMB, Ejadah or similar companies.
Experience working across MENA markets, with strong understanding of regional regulatory and operational requirements.
CISP and ITIL certified.
