Job Summary

Conduct structural assessments and technical reviews for existing buildings and projects. Analyze the impact of structural modifications on load distribution, stability, and overall structural safety. Review structural reports, calculations, and engineering deliverables, and verify structural adequacy and compliance with applicable engineering codes and standards. Support technical decision-making for buildings, high-rise structures, and complex engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Structural Review & Technical Assessment

• Review and evaluate structural engineering reports issued by certified engineering firms.
• Review structural calculations, models, and analyses to verify technical accuracy and structural adequacy.
• Assess the impact of modifications on structural behavior, load distribution, and stability.
• Review structural drawings and engineering documents to ensure technical consistency and identify discrepancies or deviations.
• Verify compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and design requirements.
• Identify technical risks and observations and document key findings in a structured manner.

2. Engineering Analysis & Evaluation

• Analyze structural assessment outputs and verify engineering conclusions.
• Evaluate the performance and safety of structural systems under various conditions.
• Assess the impact of design modifications or variations on load-bearing systems and structural behavior.
• Compare engineering results with applicable international codes and standards (ACI, Eurocode, SBC, etc.).
• Identify and analyze technical discrepancies and assess their impact on structural performance.

3. Independent Technical Reporting

• Prepare clear and structured independent technical review reports.
• Provide professional engineering opinions regarding structural safety and performance.
• Document technical observations, findings, and recommendations where applicable.
• Support technical decision-making through reliable engineering evaluations and analyses.

4. Coordination & Engineering Support

• Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical data.
• Support technical review and verification processes for structural studies and designs.
• Provide engineering input for technical approvals and review processes.
• Contribute to improving the quality of engineering deliverables and technical coordination processes.
