- Structural Design and Analysis:
a) Develop and review structural designs and perform detailed analysis using advanced engineering software individually or with team.
b) Ensure designs meet safety, durability, and performance standards.
c) With experience 8 years to 12 years in design of different scales RC projects.

2- Regulatory Compliance and Innovation:
a) Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
b) Research and apply new technologies to improve design and BIM processes.

3- BIM Coordination:
a) Manage BIM processes and integrate structural designs with other disciplines.
b) Resolve coordination issues and ensure effective use of BIM tools.

4- Documentation and Quality Assurance:
a) Prepare and review technical documentation, including design reports and drawings.
b) Conduct quality control and implement best practices for structural design and BIM.
d) Engineering skills with value engineering basics.

5- Team Supervision and Client Communication:
a) Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
b) Communicate design solutions and coordinate the project process with other disciplines to achieve the client's requirements when needed and requested.

• 8 to 12 years experience in design of RC structures.
• Excellent Skills in shop drawing (BOQ & Specs)
• Very good user of REVIT and AUTO CAD
• Proficiency in using codes and in commercially CSI structural analysis software: ETABS, SAP and SAFE.
• Middle East experienced will be an advantage.
• Sheikh Zayed & 6th October residential are preferably.
• Arabic & English Speaker
