Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage chemical cleaning activities during shutdowns, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  
• Oversee acid cleaning operations, including equipment handling and disposal procedures.
  
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient execution of shutdown activities, meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
  
• Develop and implement effective reporting systems for monitoring progress, identifying issues, and making recommendations for improvement.
  
• Ensure adherence to MSDS guidelines and PTW system requirements throughout the cleaning process.
  

Senior Supervisor Chemical Cleaning

Job Purpose

• The Senior Supervisor Chemical Cleaning is responsible for planning, preparing,
• supervising, and controlling chemical cleaning, lube oil flushing operations in the industrial
• plants. The role ensures that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in
• compliance with approved method statements, procedures, client specifications, and
• environmental regulations, while providing leadership to site teams and maintaining
• quality, schedule, and cost control.
