Senior Supervisor Electro Mechanical Hi Tech Property Management

Supervise and coordinate all electro-mechanical (MEP) maintenance and operational activities at site.

Lead and manage teams of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and multi-skilled technicians.

Ensure preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, electrical panels, plumbing, and ELV systems.

Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns.

Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity.

Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to technicians.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding maintenance and project activities.

Review and verify work completion reports, service reports, and maintenance records.

Monitor material usage and submit material requisitions as required.

Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Ensure all work is carried out according to approved procedures, specifications, and client requirements.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and performance reports.

Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of technicians and site staff.

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all building services and facilities to achieve maximum system reliability and uptime.
