Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire PRO team's performance, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government entities, skillfully handling complex inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Strategically plan and execute the renewal of trade licenses and visas, ensuring full compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and internal departments, to streamline processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • Possession of relevant certifications such as a PRO certification, is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in PRO roles, with a strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
