Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics for LED lighting systems.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of componentes.
Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure quality and reliability.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain processes.
Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, utilizing demand forecasting and planning tools.
Resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns, in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain activities, costs, and performance for management review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
