Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated networking issues, including LAN, WAN, and cloud networking.

  • Provide expert guidance on network design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the training of support team members.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing activities and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering or technical support focused on networking technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, firewall configurations, and related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
  • Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIA) are highly desirable.
