About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in translating business needs into well-structured system documentation, with a strong focus on delivering professional System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD/PRD) that guide development and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the requirements-gathering process by collaborating with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD/PRD).
  • Document workflows, use cases, and functional specifications with clarity and precision.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify system improvements and align technology with business objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable, and testable deliverables.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and validated.
  • Support project management with accurate reporting, progress tracking, and risk identification.
  • Provide guidance, best practices, and mentorship in documentation standards and requirement management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security guidelines, and organizational policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s degree is an advantage).
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Expertise in writing SRS and BRD/PRD documents with industry-recognized standards.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, system analysis methodologies, and business process modeling (UML, BPMN).
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and database concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
