Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design System Support

Assist in maintaining and updating the design system, ensuring all components, patterns, and guidelines are correctly documented and applied.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with designers and developers to ensure components and patterns are understood and implemented consistently.


Documentation Maintenance

Help maintain up-to-date documentation for the design system, ensuring clarity and ease of use for internal teams.


Quality Assurance

Help ensure that all design elements align with brand guidelines and are consistently applied across products.


Training & Support

Provide support and assistance in onboarding teams to the design system, helping to answer questions and ensure adherence to best


Feedback Gathering

Assist in gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform updates and improvements to the design system.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or front-end development, with some exposure to working with design systems and component libraries. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Professional Qualifications Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Frontify and Token Studio. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and some exposure to component-based systems such as React or Angular. Knowledge and Skills Basic knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and design principles. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with designers and developers. Willingness to learn and grow in the field of design systems. Multilingual knowledge, with a preference for proficiency in Arabic.
