Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural requirements.
  • Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive employer brand impression.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Support OD initiatives related to employee engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Contribute to competency framework development and job profiling to ensure alignment between roles and organizational needs.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of talent management and career development programs.
  • Partner with the OD team on culture and employer branding projects to strengthen the employee value proposition.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of strong>3 5 years/strong> of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to OD or talent management preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Real Estate or Construction background Experience is Preferable.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
