Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Handle job postings across multiple platforms and ensure strong employer branding Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, databases, etc.) Ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers
