Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct structured interviews and ensure the best candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on construction industry recruitment.
