Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in preparation of corporate, VAT, Withholding and other taxes calculations.
- Support tax return preparation, submission and tax payments for all types of taxes.
- Prepare and periodically review tax reserves for both direct and indirect taxes
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings in accordance with local legislation on a multijurisdictional basis
- Ensures that entity is in compliance with local regulations including Tax laws (VAT, Customs, GST and Direct tax laws) and ensures minimal liability.
- Participate and review tax account reconciliations
- Liaise with tax authorities
- Prepare for tax audits & ensure adequate documentation is prepared and stored
- Ensure active interaction with tax authorities and maintain up to date tax audit position for all tax types.
- Prepare and report local tax and international tax.
- Identify and report Corporate Income Tax adjustments (permanent/timing).
- Prepare and periodically report reserve provisions status
- Prepare and submit forecast and actual data on effective tax rate and cash tax.
- Maintain tax processes, identify areas of improvement and find solutions

- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
