Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide expert advice on tax-related matters. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong understanding of local and international tax laws and a passion for delivering accurate and timely tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.

• Handle VAT, withholding tax, and other indirect tax filings and submissions.

• Conduct tax planning and provide recommendations to minimize tax liabilities.

• Manage tax audits and resolve queries from tax authorities.

• Analyze financial data to identify potential tax savings and risks.

• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and ensure the company adapts accordingly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on tax-related matters for business operations.

• Assist in preparing tax provisions for financial reporting under IFRS or GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CTA) are highly desirable.

• 4+ years of experience in tax accounting, preferably within a corporate or public accounting environment.

• Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing.

• Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
