Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that promote active learning, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and intellectual growth.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology, to enhance student learning and engagement.

Develop and implement strategies to support students with different learning styles and abilities, ensuring their academic success and personal development.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the subject curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of the department.

Act as a mentor and role model for teachers, providing guidance and support to promote their professional growth.

Establish effective communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to address concerns, provide updates, and promote a collaborative learning environment

Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

  • Experienced in International School.

  • Valid state teaching license.

  • At least three years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
