Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Domain: Wealth Management (Wealth Domain)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage production systems within IT for digital banking platform solutions
  • Articulate and document business requirements for projects and change requests
  • Manage vendor SLAs and ensure quality of development delivery
  • Provide technical support, assessments, and reporting to business stakeholders
  • Propose system enhancements and technical improvements
  • Mitigate risks and address audit observations across applications and processes
  • Manage multiple initiatives including projects, BAU requests, and change requests through to closure
  • Monitor incident and problem tickets, ensuring resolution within SLA timelines
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
  • Review vendor proposals to ensure scope completeness and quality standards
  • Provide periodic reports and monthly updates to business and PMO
  • Coordinate with service teams/vendors to resolve support issues promptly
  • Facilitate UAT for projects and change requests in line with quality control standards
  • Support go-live and post-go-live activities for releases to production

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in Wealth Domain platforms including:
  • Advent APX
  • Advent Tradex
  • Advent Syncova
  • Advent Investrack / Reachout
  • TradeNet
  • ETHIX (Core Banking)
  • Database expertise: SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Good understanding of data models, extractions, and APIs across wealth systems
  • Experience with Java and WebLogic
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
