Senior Technical Architect

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Senior Technical Architect on behalf of our reputed client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field
Experience: Minimum 12+ years, including 6 years in a specialty field

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and technical development of architectural projects from concept to execution.
Prepare and review technical submittals, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements.
Develop landscape design concepts and integrate them effectively within the architectural framework.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with standards.
Present design concepts and project updates using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Ensure that all architectural designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
12+ years of experience, including at least 6 years in a specialty field.
Proven expertise in preparing technical submittals and detailed design documentation.
Hands-on experience in landscape design and architectural detailing.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks will be an advantage.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
