Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. reviewing and verifying , IFC drawings, specifications, and contract documents; offering technical insights; performing site assessments; developing cost estimates.
2. Monitors site operations, ensuring quality assurance, managing material evaluations, guaranteeing adherence to regulations, and addressing technical issues.
3. Overseeing drawing systems, generating technical queries (TQs), formulating Method Statements, recording progress, and managing close-out documents (O&Ms, as-builts) in close coordination with QA/QC.
4. Communicating between project managers, Technical Manager, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
5. Coordination between trades and disciplines
6. Ensure proper timely submission to the consultant
7. Facilitating technical/coordination meetings.
8. Attending Technical and progress meetings
9. Daily communication with the Technical Team
10. Identifying on-site problems, conducting root cause analysis, and applying solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in a technical engineering role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus, especially in multinational teams.
