Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Technical Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide technical assurance across roads/highways, utilities, landscape/public realm, and commercial buildings for a commercial strip development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review IFC, shop drawings, and coordination drawings for compliance with specs, codes, and employer s requirements.
• Coordinate technical queries and design clarifications with the design consultant; ensure timely, traceable closure.
• Conduct constructability and maintainability reviews; identify design gaps and interface risks
• Review and recommend materials, method statements, temporary works, ITPs, mock-ups, and samples for approval.
• Track and validate NOCs/permits/authority approvals; ensure contractor adherence to authority comments and conditions
• Lead technical site supervision oversight and independent inspections; verify compliance before consultant/authority sign-offs.
• Direct root-cause analysis and closure of NCRs/SORs; verify FAT/SAT and performance tests.
• Ensure survey controls, as-builts accuracy, and builder s work coordination

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of technical engineering experience, with at least 5 8 years in the UAE and strong Abu Dhabi authority exposure.
• Proven Consultant experience on mixed-use/commercial and infrastructure/landscape programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; excellent technical writing and review skills.
• English fluency required; Arabic an advantage.
