· Oversee technical aspects of the project as per specifications, contract documents, Local Codes & regulations.

· Review the contract drawings and submit official RFI whenever there is a discrepancy, conflict or missing detail.

· Prepare and evaluate technical, material & shop drawing submittals and follow-up of the approval process.

· Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors & suppliers.

· Oversee compliance to Authority regulations from permits, NOC’s to BCC.

· Monitor and review the final Close-Out procedures.

· Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.

· Site visits to address RFI queries by clients or contractors on-site and make necessary clarifications

· Attend external and internal meetings as required.
