Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer technical inquiries, quotations, and supplier coordination
Install and service machinery at customer sites
Provide training and technical support to customers
Prepare reports to top management and ensure quality standards implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
5 10 years experience in a similar role
Fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken (French is a plus)
Good knowledge of Computer, MS Office
Detail-oriented professional with strong customer focus, excellent communication, organization and time management skills, and proven teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
