Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-End Technical Ownership: Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for Web, Mobile, and Backend environments. Cross-Platform Synchronization: Ensure seamless integration between web clients, mobile apps, and central APIs, resolving logic conflicts across platforms. Infrastructure & Security: Design and maintain server architecture, cloud hosting, and database security protocols to ensure 24/7 system availability. Feature Engineering: Translate conceptual business ideas into technical wireframes, logic flows, and database schemas. Team & Task Orchestration: Define sprints, schedule tasks, and provide deep-dive technical support to specialized developers (Web/Mobile) to unblock complex issues. Branding & UX Alignment: Oversee UI/UX implementation to ensure the technical product meets brand standards and user experience goals. Release & Version Control: Manage CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and deployment schedules to ensure stable and timely feature rollouts. Legacy Code & Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system logic and API endpoints to ensure long-term project sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering and Technical Management.

  • Full-Stack Mastery: Strong proficiency in Node.js, ReactJS for web architecture, and ReactNative for mobile app architecture.

  • Database Management: Expert-level knowledge of Postgres, MySQL, and Firebase (NoSQL), including database design and optimization.

  • Specialized Logic: Strong C# skills for Unity development and integration.

  • Infrastructure: Proven ability to manage servers and deployment pipelines.
