Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and close-out activities.
  • Review specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support project delivery.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project schedule and budget.
  • Handle client communication, reporting, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and company policies.
  • Manage documentation, change orders, and project reporting.
  • Guide and support project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of pipe coating projects (FBE, 3LPE/3LPP, and Concrete), ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and HSE standards.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's in mechanical/industrial engineering (PMP preferred).
  • Experience: 20+ years in Oil & Gas/EPC, with 10+ years in pipe coating projects.
  • Expertise: FBE, 3LPE, and Concrete coating; coating plant operations a plus.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of coating standards (ISO, DNV, API, etc.)
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Solid understanding of HSE and quality protocols
