Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Study and analyze project contract documents (time schedule, design drawings, BOQ, specifications, etc.) to ensure project compliance.
  • Complete, review, check, and approve all shop drawings prepared by the team before submission to the consultant.
  • Prepare/update site progress reports in close coordination with the site team and highlight risks or delays.
  • Review structure & MEP drawings and complete technical coordination required between different disciplines.
  • Complete QS required and update relevant BOQ
  • Ensure the site team is provided with the latest approved drawings, specifications, and technical instructions.
  • Prepare and review material submittals to meet project requirements and coordinate with procurement.
  • Prepare, review, and issue periodic client and sub-contractors running invoices as per contractual terms.
  • Lead the preparation of variation orders, claims, and cost impacts, and follow up with the consultant till approval.
  • Complete, review and approve as-built drawings and ensure timely submission to the project consultant.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical support during project planning, risk assessment, and scheduling stages

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bsc degree in Civil/architectural engineering.
  • 6-10 years of experience in construction technical office.
  • Proven Experience in Landscape and pools projects is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
