Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Data Modernization & analytics program delivery.
Manage program plans, risks, vendors, dependencies, and governance.
Review and guide solution designs for Data Lakehouse, ETL, and analytics platforms.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, risk, and audit stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams: architects, data engineers, ETL developers, QA.
Desired Candidate Profile
17+ years IT experience; strong early-career development background.
7+ years in program/delivery management.
Proven experience in BFSI data/analytics programs.
Hands-on exposure to .NET, Informatica, SSIS, Power BI or similar tech stack.
Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse, ETL frameworks, DW fundamentals, and data modeling.
