Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process through to onboarding.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidates and market knowledge.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or related roles.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring technical talent at various seniority levels.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry standards.
  • Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is highly preferred.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior recruiters.

Desired Candidate Profile
