Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments.
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process through to onboarding.
- Maintain and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidates and market knowledge.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or related roles.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring technical talent at various seniority levels.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry standards.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is highly preferred.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior recruiters.
Desired Candidate Profile
