Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and engineering roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top technical talent.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to support employer branding initiatives and promote Amjaad Technology as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies related to recruitment and employment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the technology, IoT, or utility management sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles at the experienced (senior) level.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, job roles, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
