Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment cycle for technical and IT-related positions
Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
Source, assess, and attract qualified technical candidates through different recruitment channels
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical assessment processes
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for tech and banking-related roles
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Desired Candidate Profile
roven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
Previous hiring experience within the banking sector is a must
Strong understanding of technical and digital roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
