Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and prospects through various channels.
Conduct research to gather information on target markets and industries.
Reach out to leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and networking.
Qualify leads and determine their potential for sales.
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
Articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of the offerings.
Deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to potential customers.
Tailor presentations to address customer needs and showcase the value proposition.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales.
Address customer objections and concerns in a professional manner.
Utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales and achieve targets.
Prepare and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers.
Stay in regular contact to provide ongoing support and address any issues.
Provide prompt and effective customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
Track and record sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance against targets.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
2-4 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
