Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead customer engagements to assess power generation requirements and design optimized, value-driven technical solutions.

Provide advanced pre-sales technical consultation, product expertise, and solution positioning to clients and stakeholders.

Lead the preparation and review of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

Represent the business in high-level sales meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations with clients.

Collaborate strategically with the sales and business line teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Oversee the preparation, validation, and submission of quotations, tenders, and contractual documentation.

Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic customers to drive repeat business.

Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and oversee effective after-sales technical support to enhance client satisfaction.

Monitor industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Lead market intelligence gathering and analysis to support strategic business development initiatives.

Ensure accurate documentation of sales pipeline, customer engagements, and project progress within CRM systems.

Prepare and present detailed performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to management for decision-making

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Sales or technical certifications related to power generation (e.g., manufacturer training, technical sales courses) are a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of proven success in technical sales across:

Internal combustion engines

Marine propulsion systems

Power generation equipment

MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations

Demonstrated expertise in identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth within highly technical and competitive markets. Possess a deep understanding of power generation systems, products, and integrated solutions, with a strong track record of building lasting client relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
