• Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers to uphold code quality.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java backend development or related roles.
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Kafka.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns for scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
