Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Supervisor is responsible for providing, guidance, support, and assessment for the facility management technical activates including hard and soft FM services.
- Manage and supervise the operation activities of technical service providers including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise major FM activities and repair projects.
- Provide technical assessment and support to the interdisciplinary functions including admin, projects, operations, sustainability, IT, HSE, as well as retail management.
- Coordinate and communicate with mall management and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth relationship for conducting our services efficiently and safely.
- Conduct frequent visits to our facilities (retail stores, offices and warehouses) to ensure through presence the best quality of service is provided.
- Review routine and scheduled checklists and ensure activities are completed within the set SLAs.
- Prepare condition reports for our retail stores to identify noncompliance or areas of improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
What you ll need to succeed
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or diploma in a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in facility management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
