Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Take into account any risk that may compromise the achievement of the objectives assigned to it and implement appropriate actions in the face of risks and opportunities impacting compliance with requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken.
  • Acquire documentation needs and organize their classification.
  • Select books and other documents printed or recorded by audiovisual means, likely to be of interest to the different structures of the company.
  • Communicate information on the available documentary collection to the company's specialities.
  • Distribute documentary products according to the needs expressed and according to the field of intervention of the different structures of the company.
  • Organize and administer the lending systems for the various books and documentary products.
  • To keep the identification register of the various structures up to date; matter, other ...."
  • In terms of QHSE:

  • Respect and ensure compliance with the general safety instructions and rules in force within the company and its structures "the projects".
  • Ensure the application of the procedures and rules laid down in the integrated management system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integrated management system "SMI".
  • Report any anomaly, malfunction or failure that may have a negative impact on the quality of services/products, the health and safety of workers or the environment.
  • Propose, if necessary, corrective / preventive actions and measures.
  • Profile
  • Vocational training: Bachelor's degree in library science.
  • Professional experience: 2 to 3 years.
