Senior Technician-Emirati Al Fahad Security Systems Sole Proprietorship LLC

• Perform On-site installation, termination, commissioning and maintenance of Security systems such as CCTVs, Access Control Systems, Gate Barriers, Bollards and other ancillary systems as per projects requirement.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed security systems including troubleshooting of hardware and software faults at advanced level.
• Dress & Route Cables into closets & Control rooms to install Cable Pathway Systems (Distribution boxes, Cable Trays, Trunking, Cable racks).
• Estimate and evaluate consumable requirement for allotted site and prepare accurate MR in coordination with project support assistants.
• Interact with client representatives and subcontractors on site in a professional manner where needed.
• Respond promptly to the reported failures to resolve efficiently in line with necessary protocols and processes.
• Provide technical advice/assistance to site In-charge in order to take proper action regarding site execution activities or alleviate any hurdles intervened.
• Comprehend agreed drawing for installation/maintenance requirement and ensure its adherence while performing site execution works. Assist AutoCAD designer to prepare as built drawing as part of SAT.
• Keep up-to-date with HSE standards, project specific procedures and quality control standards to ensure strict adherence across all onsite activity by work teams and subcontractors.

If team is allocated based on project requirements,

• Lead and perform project’s technical activities with onsite teams as per plans provided by the line Manager.
• Conduct TBT, prepare duty plans, generate PTW's with clarity of instructions & follow up with the team on site in order to ensure they are all aware of the tasks to be performed.
• Update and send Daily Progress Report regularly, any deviation from Baseline schedule due to site requirements shall be immediately escalated.
• Monitor the respective teams to ensure task assigned is completed to the specifications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor team attendance and leaves to ensure all staff are present and work is adequately covered.
• Report any variances in project scope of Work to line manager to verify and take approval before execution.
• Mobilize work teams and provide details to line manager for processing material, service and tools request for designated sites in order to deal with resource requirements.
• Collate project reports and necessary information for submittal to Project Manager / Project Support Assistants to ensure progress reports are accurately completed for the Client
• Take necessary steps to resolve grievances and escalate any unsettled issues to the Line Manager or HR Section for further resolving actions.
• Ensure Team members are following Company Time Policy adamantly and report any non-compliance to Line Manager / HR Section immediately for performing proper corrective actions
• Monitor objectives of all direct reports and evaluate individual performance, providing regular feedback, leading and coaching in line with good people management practices
• Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned in order to meet business needs
