Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main duties.  

  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of administrative acts and actions for personnel management according to the rules and techniques of the field, in strict compliance with hygiene, safety, health and environment rules.

Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s)

  • To take into account and communicate to one's hierarchy any risk that could compromise the exercise of one's activity, and to implement the appropriate actions in accordance with the guidelines.
  • To manage personnel administrative files (employment contracts, leave, disciplinary files, training).
  • Establish the decisions to confirm the termination of the employment relationship, upon receipt of the opinion of the hierarchical managers, concerning the trial period.
  • Prepare the installation reports.
  • Keep an up-to-date schedule of staff schedules.
  • Ensure the compliance of personnel administrative files.
  • Participate in the preparation of payroll elements, and the processing of claims following anomalies.
  • Prepare and monitor the HR dashboard and make it available to the Head of the structure (staff movements, payroll and personnel costs, overtime, absenteeism, work accidents, etc.).
  • Keep the mandatory regulatory records up to date.
  • Maintaining the relationship with occupational medicine, monitoring regulatory medical coverage (pre-employment medical examinations, systematic periodic visits).
  • Handling disciplinary matters (formal notices, questionnaires, etc.).
  • Prepare social and tax declarations.
  • Apply the HSE measures and instructions.

In terms of QHSE:

  • Respect the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and its structures (including Projects).
  • Ensure the application of procedures and rules (dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System).
  • Communicate any malfunction or relevant information related to the activity to your superiors.

  • Bac +3.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Availability: Immediate.
