Senior Technician (EV + Hybrid + Mechanical) RAFID FOR AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS LLC

Required Experience

• 6+ years of total automotive experience.

• Strong mechanical background: engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, and electrical systems.

• 3+ years of hands-on hybrid vehicle experience.

• Hands-on experience on electric vehicles (EV): battery, motor, inverter, and charging systems.

• Valid EV high-voltage (HV) safety certificate is required.

• Manufacturer training from a major brand (Toyota, Lexus, BYD, Tesla, Hyundai, Nissan, etc.).

• Key Responsibilities

• Lead and complete complex repair jobs on EV, hybrid, and mechanical vehicles.

• Diagnose difficult problems using scan tools, oscilloscopes, and service manuals.

• Work safely on high-voltage (HV) systems and follow all safety steps.

• Be the technical reference point for the team.

• Train and guide junior and mid-level technicians on hybrid and EV systems.

• Do quality check on critical repair jobs and sign them off before delivery.

• Support the supervisor in planning daily work and managing tools.

• Complete job cards and update the work order system.

• Test vehicles after repair to confirm quality.

• Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
