Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents and study technical plans.
- Carry out the measurements and quantitative surveys necessary for project evaluation.
- establish quotes, estimates and unit price schedules (UPS).
- Check the quantities carried out on site and monitor the conformity of the work carried out.
- Participate in the preparation of work situations and cost monitoring.
- Mastery of measurement methods and estimation techniques.
- Good knowledge of construction standards and current regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM and calculation software (AutoCAD, Covadis, Excel, MS Project, etc.).
- Rigor, precision and analytical mind.
