Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems within the STP, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on critical equipment, including pumps, motors, analyzers, and control systems, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all field instruments, such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, and level sensors, to guarantee accurate process control.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster skill development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), or similar, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of STP equipment.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of wastewater treatment processes and related equipment.
