About This Role

NEXEL is a fast-growing digital consulting firm driving digital transformation, enterprise modernization, and operational excellence across the MENA region.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Consultant to lead complex digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will combine business knowledge with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, ERP and business application implementations, IT infrastructure, data management and cybersecurity to produce value. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep hands-on technical skills and a passion for delivering impactful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Lead complex Digital transformation projects across multiple industries and geographies.
  • Lead ERP, business application implementations and technology projects including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance on data governance, data architecture, and data lifecycle management.
  • Assess and enhance cybersecurity posture, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive application integration strategies across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Evaluate and optimize IT infrastructure and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology with business strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or enterprise IT roles.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Deep understanding of data management, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with application integration tools (e.g., APIs, ESBs, middleware).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC).
  • Excellent Project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • TOGAF, PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or equivalent.
