Job Summary:

As a Senior Telecommunications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and optimization of telecommunications projects and infrastructure. You will lead a team of professionals, oversee network operations, and ensure seamless communication services for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to align telecommunications operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and infrastructure.

• Lead and mentor a team of telecommunications engineers and technicians.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance network performance and reliability.

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for telecommunications services and equipment.

• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, ensuring optimal functionality and resolving issues proactively.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

• Prepare and manage budgets for telecommunications projects and operations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, protocols, and network architecture.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proven experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.

• Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and standards.
